This page is powered by StayVayu, a technology platform that lets hotels and properties list and manage their own services, prices, offers, tours, meals, and products.
Tapping "Add" or "Book" sends your request to hotel staff (via WhatsApp, SMS, or another configured channel) — it does not automatically guarantee availability. Your order is confirmed only once staff acknowledges it. If an item becomes unavailable, staff will contact you with alternatives or a refund where applicable.
Tours, travel experiences, and certain products/offers may be operated or fulfilled by a third-party vendor, not the hotel itself. For these:
Where a payment link is provided, you'll be redirected to a third-party payment page to complete the transaction. Payment is collected directly by the property (or the relevant third-party tour/vendor), not by StayVayu. StayVayu does not process, receive, hold, or have any access to your payment or funds at any point.
That transaction is governed entirely by the payment provider's own terms and by your agreement with the property/vendor. StayVayu has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for payment processing, failed or duplicate transactions, refunds, chargebacks, currency conversion, or any dispute relating to a payment — these must be raised directly with the property or the payment provider.
Photos shown for services, meals, products, and tours are representative/illustrative and may not depict the exact item, portion, or experience you receive.
This page relies on messaging apps (like WhatsApp) and internet connectivity to send your order. If a channel is unavailable or misconfigured, please contact the front desk directly to place your order.
This page is provided as a convenience tool for browsing and requesting services. To the extent permitted by law, neither the property nor StayVayu is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, unavailability, pricing errors, or third-party vendor issues, beyond correcting the immediate order problem. As set out above, responsibility for prices, deliverables, and order fulfilment rests with the property, not StayVayu.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayVayu's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of this page — however caused, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to zero, as StayVayu does not charge you directly for use of this page and is not a party to any transaction made through it.
This page and the information on it (including prices, descriptions, images, and availability) are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. StayVayu does not warrant that the page will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and is not responsible for content supplied by the property or any third-party vendor.
The property (and, where applicable, any third-party vendor whose tours, meals, or products are listed on this page) agrees to indemnify and hold StayVayu harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: the accuracy of prices or descriptions it has listed; its fulfilment, delivery, or non-delivery of any service, meal, product, or tour; its compliance with applicable food safety, health, safety, consumer protection, tax, or other laws; and any dispute between the property/vendor and a guest.
This page depends on third-party services — including messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, SMS), payment gateways, and cloud infrastructure — that StayVayu does not control. StayVayu is not responsible for outages, delays, message delivery failures, or security incidents originating from these third-party services. StayVayu may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this page at any time without notice, and is not liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
Anything you type into this page (such as special instructions) remains your responsibility. You agree not to submit anything unlawful, abusive, or containing sensitive personal data you wouldn't want shared with hotel staff. StayVayu and the property may use this content solely to process and fulfil your request.
You agree not to misuse this page — including attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems, or to use it for any unlawful purpose. StayVayu reserves the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.
By placing an order through this page, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or are using this page with the involvement of a parent/guardian where required.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this page (to the extent it involves StayVayu) is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StayVayu regarding use of this page.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this page after changes means you accept the updated terms.
